I’ve realized life boils down to two things: figuring out who I really am and what I’m capable of, then using that to help others.
The game-changer for me? Understanding that success works from the inside out, not the other way around. I can’t step into my destiny until I start discovering my best self first.
We all have inner work to do. The question is: Am I actually doing it? Life flies by, and it’s so easy to just sleepwalk through it. But the happiest people I know stay awake. They carve out time to grow, face their fears head-on, and know their weaknesses better than their strengths. Instead of avoiding what scares them, they lean into it.
Here’s what’s helped me:
1. Ask: “What am I avoiding?” We all have mental blocks holding us back—limiting beliefs we picked up from others. The more aware I am of them, the more I can push past them.
2. Make time for silence. All my answers are already inside me. When I quiet my mind, I can actually hear them. My heart knows the way forward.
3. Find something bigger than myself. I need a mission that fires me up and keeps me going when things get tough. It shifts me from chasing success to creating something meaningful—from just surviving to actually serving.
When I stopped trying to just survive and started focusing on how I can serve, everything changed. The inward journey unlocked everything I wanted to create in the world.
