Stop and Think About This for a Second

You have the same qualifications as someone who’s still job hunting. Be grateful you got hired.

You’ve had prayers answered that other people are still praying about with no response. Be grateful.

The road you drive safely every day? Others have died on that same road. Be grateful.

The church or temple where you felt blessed? Other people go there too and are still struggling. Be grateful.

That hospital bed where you recovered and got to go home? Someone else took their last breath in that same bed. Be grateful.

The rain that made your crops grow? It destroyed someone else’s field. Be grateful.

Here’s the Point

Whatever you have isn’t because you’re smarter, more talented, or more qualified than anyone else. It’s not about your power or your abilities.

It’s grace. Pure and simple.

Everything you have is a gift. So be grateful for all of it. 🙏
